Dude, What About Covid?
I’ve recieved 3 doses of the Pfizer Vaccine and am ready to work with vaccinated clients both indoors and outdoors. I always wear an N95 or KN95 while shooting and maintain 6 feet of distance whenever possible. Let me know your covid concerns and we will co-create a safety plan before our shoot so everyone feels as safe and comfortable as possible.
How Does This Work?
First,︎Book a Session︎. If you’re not sure about what kind of session you need, read more ︎︎︎here︎︎︎. Make sure to fill out the intake form as much as you can! The more information, inspiration, and details you can share ahead of time, the better!
On shoot day I’ll meet you at the front steps. Parking is free for 2hrs, but if we need to go longer I got you covered! We’ll shoot, then I’ll send over selects in 1-3 business days. Once you identify your favorites, I’ll fully retouch the finals and send them over in 2-5 business days, depending on complexity.
Getting your picture taken can be a strange and sometimes uncomfortable experience. If you, like me, are a little anxious in front of the camera, please let me know. My #1 priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment so we can capture your authentic self!
Dress Up Box Studio welcomes all Ages, Races, Ethnicities, Religions, Genders, Sexualities, Body Types, and Abilities.

There is ample free 2hr street parking in front and the 65 line stop is one block away. The studio is down one flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t for you, let me know! I’ll arrange an alternate accessible location based on your needs.
Hannah Concannon (She/They)
Born and raised in Portland, OR, I started shooting photos on a Canon Waterproof 35mm AS-6 at age 10. In 2018 I received an MFA in Visual Studies from PNCA with a focus in studio lighting, photography, and performance. Specializing in brightly colored, radically authentic portraiture of people and pets, I employ over 10+ years of costume, set, and makeup design know-how and copious amounts of studio magic to create images with signature vivid flair and technical expertise.
In 2020 I struck out on my own to found Dress Up Box Studio in a tiny space at ADX Portland. I’ve since moved into a much larger studio in SW Portland. My work has been featured by @Instagram, @Googlepixel, Juxtapose, Refinery29, Photo+ Korea, and Willamette Week.
